Joe is a freelance musician and a drum tutor at The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM). His first major session came for the LEXUS CT 200h Commercial in 2011, followed by the HEINEKEN “The Date” Commercial. Since, he has worked closely with artists from Dramatico Entertainment for live sessions such as Glastonbury Festival 2011, several TV and Radio sessions on ITV, BBC, Channel 5, Radio 2 and others, and recording sessions alongside Mike Batt. Joe’s other performance credits include US artist Jesse James Kingston (Arista Records), Molly Smitten-Downes (Ministry of Sound/AATW) for Britain’s Next Top Model Live 2010 at ExCel Arena, and he has also worked with seasoned musicians such as Trevor Barry (‘Strictly Come Dancing’ Band) and Chris Spedding. 

More recently, Joe has been working with Katie Melua for live sessions including The Queen’s 60th Coronation Festival 2013 at Buckingham Palace. His playing can also be heard on her album ‘Ketevan’ (2013) and her single ‘I Will Be There’ (2013). Joe is also currently working with Luke White (Performing Man Music/Dramatico) for tours and promotion in preparation for the release of his debut album.
